The BCS Speakers Bureau invites successful professionals (including but not limited to businesspeople, artists, activists, etc.) to speak with and motivate students at BCS’ transfer high school, Brooklyn High School For Leadership and Community Service (BHSLCS). BHSLCS serves students who have fallen behind in conventional high school settings and who face challenges such as economic stress, familial strife, legal trouble, community service, etc. The goal of the Speakers Bureau program is to have participants motivate students to set goals, work hard, and dream big.
